Referral & Application

Membership is by invitation only. Join our waitlist with a referral from an existing member or trusted contact. Tell us about yourself and what you're looking for.

Introductory Call with Our Membership Director

Shortlisted applicants are invited for a personal conversation with our Membership Director to explore your needs and ensure alignment.

If we're the right fit, you'll receive a tailored membership proposal covering the tier and terms that suit your lifestyle.

Discovery Call with Wayne & Your Lifestyle Manager

Once accepted, you'll join a discovery call with Wayne Yeh and your dedicated lifestyle manager, who begins building your preference profile from day one.

Questions we
often hear.

Is there a minimum wealth requirement?
We don't apply a formal wealth threshold, but our services are designed for individuals and families with complex, high-value lifestyle needs. The right fit is more about alignment of expectations than any specific financial criteria.
How quickly can I access services after joining?
From the moment your membership is confirmed, you're introduced to your dedicated lifestyle manager and can begin making requests immediately. Most members place their first request within the same week.
Can I upgrade or change my membership tier?
Yes. Membership tiers can be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice. Many members begin with Select and move to Signature as their relationship with Champ deepens.
Do you work with family offices?
Yes, we work directly with family offices and personal assistants on behalf of principals. We're experienced in operating within the discretion and governance frameworks that family offices require.
Are membership fees on top of service costs?
Yes. The membership retainer covers access to your lifestyle manager, Champ's network, and the coordination service. Service costs (flights, hotels, experiences, etc.) are invoiced separately at cost, with no markup. We earn nothing from our supplier relationships.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Absolute discretion is a founding principle of Champ. We operate under strict confidentiality agreements with all members. Client identities are never shared, referenced, or disclosed under any circumstances — including in our own marketing materials.
What if I need something Champ hasn't handled before?
"We haven't done that before" is not a phrase we use. Our starting position on every request is to find a way. If something is genuinely beyond our capabilities, we'll tell you honestly — but in our experience, that is exceptionally rare.
Is membership available globally?
Yes. Champ serves members across six continents. While Wayne is based between the US and Asia, our network and service capability is genuinely global. Time zones are not a barrier — your lifestyle manager operates to your schedule, not ours.
