From IT to a life's calling.

Wayne holds a computer science degree and spent over a decade in IT — but it was never his true calling. What always energized him was fine things in life, exceptional service, and finding smart solutions without compromise.

His background in mindfulness and volunteer service through The Art of Living deeply shaped his leadership philosophy — exposed early to a level of VIP care rooted in humility, discretion, and service without ego. A daily meditation practitioner for over 20 years, Wayne brings a rare sense of calm, clarity, and presence to everything he does.

He later formalized his leadership and business skills through Harvard Business School and ongoing executive education, while continuously refining Champ's systems, processes, and culture.

Champ exists at the intersection of endurance, empathy, systems thinking, and taste — and that combination is difficult to manufacture.

Born from a personal evolution, built on trust.

Champ began as a side pursuit — helping friends and family book travel, securing experiences they couldn't easily access themselves, such as discounted premium-class flights. As demand grew organically, something became clear: this wasn't just a hobby — it was something people truly valued.

What started as personal introductions became a full-time calling. As clients' needs evolved — from business class to first class, and eventually to private aviation — Champ evolved with them. Referrals followed naturally.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Champ is built on an Asian hospitality mindset — where service is intuitive, gracious, and deeply attentive. That ethos shapes every interaction, no matter where in the world our members are.

To this day, Champ has grown entirely through word of mouth — the strongest validation of trust and quality.

The Name

Why "Champ"?

Champ — Wayne's golden retriever

Champ was born after Wayne's late golden retriever who was loyal, warm, and deeply present — qualities valued more than dominance or bravado.

While the word can imply "champion," that interpretation is secondary. For us, Champ represents quiet confidence, loyalty, and care.

It's not about being the loudest or most visible — it's about being trusted.

A Defining Moment

When a client's family was reunited across continents.

During COVID, a client missed his dogs while stranded in Europe. He asked us to reunite them — via private jet, without owners onboard.

We coordinated aviation, veterinary care, international permits, and onboard attendants. The dogs arrived safely. The family was whole again.

That moment captures Champ perfectly: complex logistics, deep emotion, and an outcome that truly mattered.
