Support day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, billing, payments, and financial record-keeping for a growing luxury concierge company.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts to clients and corporate accounts
- Handle vendor bills and ensure timely payment processing
- Check and verify bills, payment requests, and supporting documents
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Maintain accurate accounting records, filing, and documentation
- Assist with reconciliations and basic financial reporting
- Support month-end closing tasks and coordinate with external accountant
- Assist with general administrative duties related to finance operations
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance support experience (fresh graduates with internship experience welcome)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Familiar with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and well-organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Zoho Books)
